Costrac V6.1.0.4 updates |

In Costrac version 6.1.0.4, you can expect the following new and improved functionality:
- An Escalation Pivot has been added to view & analyse Escalation indices as added under the Cost Control -> Escalation module in Costrac
- The Earned Values section under Cost Control is now also using the new and improved list control which makes grouping and searching a breeze
- In the Forex module existing transactions can now be edited as well
- Our standard Import/Export to CSV functionality has been added to the:
- Costflow Spread screens for easy data manipulation
- Trend Log transaction list
- The Cost Class can now be specified when adding a new Change Notice transaction
- The Contractors selection on the Payment Certificate screen contains more info w.r.t. Orders and will only filter on Contractors with Orders
- The FFC by WBS report includes a Cost Centre filter to get more specific report data
- “Approved By” & “Approved Date” fields have been added to the PC/CN/PR/JNL edit screens for easy reference
- A Completed/Finalized PO can be undone (changed back to Work In Progress) under the Administration -> Undo section available to Administrators
Also in the Costrac development pipeline is the following, to be released in the near future:
- A new & improved Forecasting control which will enable quick and easy forecasting
- Applying Escalation to the project’s forecast & budget by creating pre-populated Change Notices
- A new Delivery Notes module which will fit in-between the Procurement & Payment processes if needed
- Multiple Contacts will be allowed per Contractor
